With new measures in place, we have some advice and guidelines for you to make the most of your shopping experience.

Customers safety and that of our staff is our priority at the Piazza. During the lock down period our team are working incredibly hard keeping to keep the Centre clean ready for re-opening and we have taken all the measures necessary to make your experience as safe as possible. This means we have implemented the following safety measures:-

Physical distance from others using the 2 apart metres guidelines, signage and markings will be placed around the Centre. We ask that you observe the social distancing visual cues and signage, which will be present through out the Centre and in the individual retail units.

There will be a restriction on the numbers of people into shops at anyone time and designated 2 metre floor markers will be outside each individual retailer to show where shoppers must wait in a designated queuing system.

When in-centre we ask if you could please follow the social distance guidelines:-
Keep 2m apart
Pay attention to the queuing system each store has in place and follow staff guidelines
Cross the mall responsibly and do not block the walkways
Please giveaway on the staircase’s
Avoid shopping in large groups

Hand sanitizing stations will be provided in all shops.

Face Coverings must be worn in all the indoor retail units, unless your are exempt under the guidelines.

Please plan your trip carefully and know what you want to buy before you visit. Please allow more time than usual for your trip as queues are expected.
